I decided today that I needed a hobby. As I wasted some time stalking people who I claim to know on an internet service that stores far too much information about the majority of us, it struck; my hobby is setting RSVP status on events as Not Attending.
Think about this for a moment. People who you don’t know will now think they know you. You can post ridiculous things on event walls, and no one will call you on it. People will simply assume that you know someone that is attending or that you are just so busy not attending other events that you didn’t have time to friend them.
